PA to Principal (Interior Design) - Kensington. A busy and very interesting role has arisen for a degree standard PA to support this successful and extremely busy individual within this boutique Design Studio with a focus on interiors/design/property. Working within a small team supporting the Principal the working atmosphere is supportive and sometimes deadline driven Based in the office 5 days.
You will cover both business and private support on a daily basis. A team player willing to muck in when needed with some out of hours when busy. You must love being a PA and a great support to the boss in every aspect. The Principal is upbeat with bags of energy and you will be able to match this!
Excellent English skills both written and spoken and up to date tech needed. Good Excel and PPoint for presentations and used to being proactive and engaged in your role.

Chief of Staff - UHNW Family - Central London
An amazing role has arisen for a hands on Chief of Staff used to working for an UHNW family with high standards and expectations. This is mainly a lifestyle management role with property renovations both in the UK and abroad for luxury homes. Excellent experience of property, top level renovations and dealing with lawyers, architects and trades on various property matters. Top logistics skills the family travel 4 months of the year and you will fly ahead to the residence or the yacht to make sure all is in order and any remedial work or goods are ready for their arrival (family with children + staff). You will organise their complex travel from door to door and do preliminary research on trips etc. They also charter the yacht when not in use. You will have worked at an international level and feel relaxed and informed with regard to their requests. Some assistance within the Household and staff will be required to keep things running smoothly (they have a well running team at present)
They are looking for a positive and helpful individual who is enthusiastic and leads by example as part of a large team. Reporting into the Principals this is an interesting and very varied role for a well versed Chief of Staff who is flexible and happy to carry out the small to the large requests and projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for polished EA at senior level to be the lynchpin of this small US hub of a much larger company in LA. We are looking for a self starter who might need a little flex because of other commitments but happy to start at 9.30 and work from home on Fridays. Small and very friendly, supportive team of 3 (Chief of Staff, COO and Private PA) who are sometimes not in the office so you will be very happy and capable of working alone some of the time.

Remote mainly with occasional visit to the City and Surrey. ACCA or similar qualification is needed. The Principal is a highly respected and a very likeable head of a very successful international tech firm. This is a first time hire and will grow over time
Degree standard with a Family Office background (Essential) or supporting an UHNW individual with a high level of administrative support and planning with regard to personal investments & assets.
An excellent communicator with a top eye for detail and accustomed to dealing with a large amount of paperwork/administration regarding multiple personal investments. Financially astute, loyal and discreet. Happy to roll up the sleeves when required. Flexible and hands on. Happy to work remotely and visit the Principal when required (Surrey or City)
A self-starter who can put in new systems and keep track of the private investments of the Principal and keep the paperwork and legal requirements up to date in every respect
Reporting directly to the Principal overseeing the private investments & personal assets UK & worldwide. Review and conduct due diligence on all new and potential investment opportunities and manage the investment process and reporting. Key-point of contact with lawyers/banks/accountants and other third parties. Liaise with Accountant on tax matters regarding personal investments Conducting research on any planned investments
Read and review all pertinent information/documents regarding personal investments and assets and report into the Principal the distilled points for his consideration/decision. Ensuring all matters are dealt with in a timely manner, prioritizing time sensitive matters. Keep an up-to-date electronic filing system of all private investments & legal matters Analyse content and provide a commercial view on private investment matters and next steps. Consulting with an accountant or lawyer when required. Monitor investment performance on all investments & give regular updates Proof-read, distil and summarise investment, banking and legal documents into succinct information for the Principal. Complete necessary regulatory requirements for donations, trusts, portfolios and new investments
Flag up any issues and give informed opinions when required Manage the principal’s personal finances & expenditure and provide a monthly report. Deal with all private insurances and obtain comparative quotes to include residences, cars & other assets Monitor renewal dates on all insurances and obtain comparative quotes. Assist with any budgets and management of refurbishment works to family residences or property investments in the UK or abroad. Manage any personal payroll requirements Create employment contracts for personal staff
Manage & purchase all family transport Manage all assets for the Family, including UK and international property Support with various ad-hoc requests Travel with the Principal on occasion when required. Attend external meetings on behalf of the Principal if necessary. Available out of hours on urgent matters. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is expected in this role and excellent references provided.
Able to build relationships quickly and liaise with external providers in a professional manner.
