Private PA - UHNW CEO - Notting Hill Office based and wfh when boss travels

This is a 12 month maternity cover for a PA to an UHNW principal in Notting Hill. This role is primarily an office based role, working alongside the rest of the principals team (2 EAs, a team assistant and a comms advisor), with the option to work from home if the principal is travelling. We are looking for someone efficient and organised, with outstanding communication skills and can work on the go. This person should have 5 years experience in a similar level role and be educated to degree level. Working hours: Contracted 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday but flexible & on call evenings and weekends. Start: Mid April 2025 (Mat leave starts early May)

DAILY TASKS / FAMILY ● Extensive multi time zone diary management - scheduling personal meetings and appointments. ● Managing communication on behalf of the principal - inbox management, drafting emails, calls etc. ● Work with the team assistant on table reservations, car bookings, event ticket purchases etc. ● Manage relationships on behalf of principal with 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders. ● Undertake various errands to support the principal and the household's smooth operation. ● Manage medical appointments, healthcare records and related tasks. ● Offer ad-hoc support for the principal's parents, their household and their care. ● School administration for the 3 children. ● Liaise with the accountant and CFO with regard to budgets.

HOUSEHOLD STAFF ● Main point of contact for household staff: overseeing the recruitment and supervision of new members of the team and handling annual performance, illness, holidays, expenses etc. ● Manage staff relationships and dynamics. ● Manage the Estate Manager & House Manager in the Cotswolds; weekly 1:1s to manage performance and principal expectations. ● Manage and oversee the work of the CEO team assistant.

TRAVEL ● Research travel locations and create bespoke and complex travel itineraries for the family / principal and his friends. ● Coordinate detailed travel arrangements with itineraries from door to door; private jets, yachts, cars. ● Work with local concierges to make sure everything runs smoothly for the trips. ● Manage visas and legalities of travel when required.

EVENTS / SOCIAL & CULTURAL ● Organising, managing & running events - from small dinners, to large parties, wine tastings, business dinners etc. ● Create and manage a social calendar for the principal - planning and arranging weekends for him he is in London. ● Research restaurants / hotels / travel destinations / music / activities and VIP experiences. ● Source and purchase Christmas gifts for the principal's family. ● Source events staff - chefs, FOH etc.

PROPERTY & YACHT MANAGEMENT ● Manage new property acquisitions in the UK & abroad. ● Overseeing the smooth running of each household, managing staff, insurance, utilities, manuals, cars, maintenance etc. ● Troubleshoot all property issues alongside the Estate Manager and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. ● Work alongside Interior Designer and Estate Manager to run household improvements and renovations. ● Yacht Management; work with the captain and management company to ensure all processes ae in place and procedures followed in regards to the boat. Deal with household purchases and gifts.

This is a busy role for a boss with high standards and expectations so your experience will be relevant and recent for an UHNW of this level. Excellent bens plus bonus. Great Senior EA team who will assist.

Philanthropy PA - Private & Business (Mostly Remote) Kensington

This is quite a specific role for an experienced and flexible PA with good private and business PA skills. Degree standard and a high level of written and spoken English is required. A cv demonstrating remote support is essential and you will be happy to visit the house on a weekly basis or when required occasionally. You must live within 45 mins of Kensington for ease of access.

The client has requested that you have a background as a PA working for a Principal involved in philanthropy or a Family Office/business involved in philanthropy which you have assisted with. This is essential to be considered for the role. The Principal is opening a business for UHNW individuals wanting to grow and learn about philanthropy (this person supports various health organisations and is UHNW) so knowledge in this area is essential.

If you enjoy or have been involved in equestrian events so much the better! The principal competes in events both in the UK and Europe and you will sort out the travel and logistics for this on a monthly basis. Mostly away for 2 weeks at a time when the work flow will decrease.

You will have a high level of PA/tech/organisations skills and able to put in processes and procedures to streamline and organise this very busy individual's life to run smoothly.

Excellent diary and travel management, organising busy travel schedules with itineraries, visas, hotels, transfers etc. Paying household bills and invoices, shopping and deliveries when client is abroad. Dealing with any issues in the residence that need attention with contractors or tradesmen. Dealing with all insurances.

Running a very busy diary with changes, filing both paper and electronic. Confirming meetings and preparing any documents required. Setting up Teams calls and making calls on behalf of the client when needed.

The Principal has an upbeat and positive personality with lots of entrepreneurial ideas and needs a really good PA to put in the organisation needed for her ventures.

This is an interesting and different role for someone who has a lot to offer and would relish the chance to assist this dynamic and very likeable individual build her philanthropic business. A love of horses and equestrian events would be a major plus!

PA to Principal (Interior Design) - Kensington. A busy and very interesting role has arisen for a degree standard PA to support this successful and extremely busy individual within this boutique Design Studio with a focus on interiors/design/property. Working within a small team supporting the Principal the working atmosphere is supportive and sometimes deadline driven Based in the office 5 days.

You will cover both business and private support on a daily basis. A team player willing to muck in when needed with some out of hours when busy. You must love being a PA and a great support to the boss in every aspect. The Principal is upbeat with bags of energy and you will be able to match this!

Excellent English skills both written and spoken and up to date tech needed. Good Excel and PPoint for presentations and used to being proactive and engaged in your role.

Excellent all round ability and top organisational skills, able to hit a deadline. Able to work off a demanding to do list and juggle a very busy day. An interest in the creative side within property & design is needed and an understanding of marketing, social media with excellent tech skills. Able to handle a very busy and every changing "to do" list keeping everyone informed of changes and thinking ahead.
