Supporting an UHNW Italian Principal within an UHNW family in all private aspects as well as travel and diary. Handling a lot of lifestyle management and liaising across international properties (managed by a House Manager) Working closely with the UK EA of the husband co-ordinating schedules, travel and events.

You will have 6 years + as a Private PA with a wide knowledge of Monaco and the South of France. Excellent organisational skills and used to the high level of expectations of an UHNW. Well spoken and presented the family socialise with royalty and dignitaries & high profile across the world. Able to put a travel schedule together whether by private jet or commercial airline with supporting transport and hotels of a high standard.

The Principal need support in all aspects of a busy private life/home as well as keeping a very busy diary and travel schedule up to date. Lots of changes so you will be used to this. The family have multiple residences across the world and very busy lives so you will be used to the ebb and flow of this.

Interesting and varied role for an experienced Private PA with much to offer and high standards. Usual hours are 9 - 6 with flexibility needed out of hours when needed.

An exciting opportunity for an English-speaking Nanny with experience in UHNW households to join a team of four nannies supporting a warm and welcoming family based in Dubai. This role requires 24-hour sole and proxy care for a 5-year-old girl, with the main residence being in the UAE in winter and Spain in summer, plus international trips (including Thailand over Christmas!). The household is fully staffed, with a team dynamic that values collaboration and structure.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time care for G5, working in tandem with established English and Russian-speaking nannies. The older sibling (G8) has dedicated nannies.
- Emotional, social, academic, and personal care: fostering good manners, managing the child's wardrobe, packing for travel, and overseeing the child's schedule.
Academic and language development: Support the child's English language progression, including liaising with teachers and coaches, arranging extracurriculars, and encouraging positive learning habits. Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and experience teaching/tutoring English are preferred.
- Travel preparations: organise and accompany the child during international travel, providing continuity and routine in each setting.
- Observe household rhythms, respect boundaries, and support the existing structure, ensuring seamless transitions within the nanny team.

Requirements:
- Passport: EU/British passport holders only.
- Language: Native English speaker; experience teaching/tutoring English is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in live-in or rota roles within UHNW families, including knowledge of luxury settings like superyachts and ski chalets.
- Personality: Warm, active, hands-on, cuddly, yet independent and resilient. The ideal candidate can adapt to the household's dynamics, knowing when to step in and when to give space.

One of our long-standing clients is seeking a dedicated, permanent, full-time nanny to join their family in Miami. This lovely family recently relocated from Europe and welcomed a new addition, a baby girl born in July. Their young son, who is now four years old, is a delight to care for and attends preschool full-time. The ideal candidate will speak German fluently and have the right to work in the United States. Property Maintenance

    • Overseeing the general upkeep of the property
    • Liaising and meeting vendors and suppliers
    • Updating household manuals
    • Reactive and proactive maintenance of the property on a regular basis
    • Ensuring the safety and security of the household at all times
    • Regularly interacting with the Household Manager in relation to property maintenance

An opportunity has arisen to support this prominent UHNW businessman in his Brussels office as an Executive PA. 

 

Covering his business matters 70% with some private support 30% based full time in the office alongside a private focused assistant you will be scheduling appointments, booking meetings and ensuring time efficiency.  Heavy travel arrangements for all of Europe including itineraries and logistics.  Working closely with the European team daily and co-ordinating to ensure things run smoothly and the logistics working. Producing top level documents, managing expenses, daily inbox management and flagging priorities, gatekeeping to personal appointments and administrative needs. 

 

You will be Fluent in English & French. The right to work in Brussels (EU) is essential however relocation costs will be allocated if you are not presently based in the area.

 

You will be flexible to support out of hours, sharing the 24/7 nature of the role with the Private PA. You will be experienced in a similar role, and comfortable with the duties as stated, preferred is 10+ years experience and be of graduate calibre.
