Position: Live-In Domestic Couple
Location: Virginia Water, Surrey
Start Date: ASAP (Interviews this week!)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per year (joint, dependent on experience)
Accommodation: Private 2-bedroom guest house provided

Our client, an American/Brazilian family with three children under 10 and a medium-sized dog, are seeking a proactive, intuitive, and reliable domestic couple to manage a modern 6-bedroom home. This is a long-term role, ideally suited to a couple or two friends who work well as a team.

Key Responsibilities to be shared:
Household Duties

• General housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, and ironing for the whole family.
• Maintaining a pristine home, including caring for marble and high-end finishes.
• Cooking family meals with a focus healthy Mediterranean meals.

Property Maintenance & Gardening

• Overseeing minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and upkeep of the property.
• Reporting and logging any services due, maintenance required or outsourced.
• Managing the garden and outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain tidy and presentable.

Child and Pet Care

• Supporting the family and developing warm, trusting relationships with the children.
• Occasional hands-on help with the three children (ages under 10), including morning assistance (6:30 am starts).
• Caring for and walking the family's German Pointer.

Driving

• Driving for errands, appointments, and occasional family transport as needed.
• A personal vehicle is ideal, but the family can provide a car if required.

Schedule

• 6 days per week with a 1 day at the weekend.
• When the family travel, the hours can be more flexible, no early starts etc.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in a similar live-in domestic couple role, ideally in a high-standard household.
• Skills: A mix of housekeeping, cooking, maintenance, gardening, and child interaction skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to share duties effectively and intuitively with your partner or co-worker.
• Driver: At least one driver is required.
• Pet-Friendly: Comfortable with dog care and walking.
• Energy & Personality: Warm, professional, and flexible, with a "can-do" attitude.
