LIVE-IN Nanny/PA High Profile Family Notting Hill

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a top notch Nanny/PA to join this very high profile and influential family based in their beautiful home in Notting Hill, W2.

You will need to have 4-5 years + experience working in a busy household as a Nanny/PA and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The family and children have extremely busy lives and you will be coordinating with a team of nannies as well as the parents respective EAs and PAs on all arrangements, appointments etc. You will need to show demonstrated experience oragnising hectic and frequently changing schedules as well as a proactive and friendly approach. You will need to always have a plan B & C!

Children are aged between 8-14 years (B14, B11, G12, G8) with a team of 3 Nannies in place overall- consisting of a full-time live-in, full-time live-out (11-8pm) and a weekend Nanny.

The family also have a friendly dog, so this role is suited to someone who has a genuine love for animals as well as nature, you will be happy to dog sit and enjoy long walks with the children and their dog. The role will also require cooking (strict vegetarian) so if you are health conscious and enjoy a holistic lifestyle this role would be very suited to you.

Main responsibilities:

  • Help with the children’s development, reading, helping with homework
  • Cook vegetarian (strict) meal
  • Working hours are: Monday - Friday 7am-8pm with a 2 hour break during the day (all children at school). With weekend help is required at times.
  • Travel is required during school holidays and is shared fairly with the daily Nanny.
  • Your accomodation is a self contained 1 bedrdoom apart in the basement of the property (seperate enterance).

PA duties related with the children:

  • Liaising with the teachers, tutors, coaches doctors etc. Managing a heavy inbox and can co-ordinate 4 busy schedules.
  • Excellent English and other languages a plus
  • Enjoys cooking 
  • Confident swimmer
  • MUST drive (UK and overseas required, manual and auotmatic cars)
  • Music/Instrument player a plus
  • Happy to be around nature and other animals
  • PA/Admin experience is a must
