Job Title: Private Chef

Are you an experienced chef ready to take your skills to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Private Chef to join a professional culinary team and take the lead in crafting exquisite dishes for a private family. You'll be working alongside two other accomplished chefs in a dynamic and creative environment.

Position Overview:
As the Chef, you'll be responsible for curating diverse and delectable menus for a 8 people, which includes the nannies, children and principals. Although dinner parties are infrequent, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents when they do occur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily menus with creative control over the dishes.
• Order high-quality ingredients to maintain the highest standards.
• Prepare a variety of dishes inline with the clients requirements.
• Adapt to different cuisines and dietary preferences with excellence.
• Manage and execute packed lunches for the family when needed.

Working Hours:

• Rotating shifts, totalling 36-40 hours per week.
• Weekend work every third week, with prior notice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-end culinary environment.
• Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in menu planning.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
