Plant Based Chef in London + Travel

• Job title: Private Chef (full-time)
• Location: Holland Park, London + international travels
• Principals: 2 adults (+ occasionally their adult children)
• Cuisine: Mostly vegan / plant-based diet, Gluten free
• Salary: £50K+ gross per annum DOE

 
Busy Principals living in Holland Park are looking for an experienced chef to join them and provide quality meals. They mostly follow a plant-based diet, gluten-free, with very occasional healthy chicken and/or fish meals.
They are looking for someone with a passion for healthy and clean eating, and experience travelling in their previous roles. Sourcing the best ingredients and cooking fresh, simple meals daily. 
They have a house in the South of France (where they spend some part of the summer) and in the Bahamas, as well as renting villas all over the world, you will be required to travel with them around 2-3 months of the year, for 4 weeks max at any time. 

Family-style presentation, and mostly Monday to Friday work. Occasional weekends for parties and events, though you will mostly need to have things ready in the fridge for them. 

ASAP start, though they are happy to wait for the right person.
You must have a driving licence and be happy to drive in France and the UK.
