Job Description
A dynamic international family is looking for an experienced and flexible retainer nanny to provide high-quality care for their toddler, with occasional support for an older sibling (about 1/3 of the year during school holidays). This role is ideal for a professional nanny who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to the family’s changing needs.
About the Role:
• You will be on retainer, ensuring availability when required.
• You will be working as part of a rota team with nannies placed by Leaman Consulting.
• The family will provide at least one week's notice before you go on rota.
• Mostly UK-based (London & Edinburgh) with some international travel (including LA).
• The primary focus is on the youngest (B15m), with occasional care for the older sibling, particularly during holidays and travel.
• Responsibilities include engaging activities, educational, developmental support, meal preparation and light child-related housekeeping.
About You:
• Experienced in toddler/Early Years’ care, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones and children’s education.
• Adaptable and professional, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
• Active and energetic—able to engage in play and activities with the older child when needed.
• Comfortable working in a household with a structured routine.
