Job Description
A lovely family based in Hampstead, near the village, is looking for a nanny to start as soon as possible. This role will involve working Monday to Friday from 2pm to 7pm, primarily focusing on the care of three children, aged 7, 5, and 2 years-old, alongside the mum to split the duties. The family is looking for someone to help with school pickups, assist with after-school activities, prepare dinner, and lend a hand with bath time. The mother manages bedtime, but the role will be shared with her, so a nanny comfortable in a shared care environment is essential.
While a driving license is not a must, it's a strong bonus, as an automatic car will be provided for those who can drive. Occasional babysitting may be required, and there is also an option for live-in accommodation, with a flat available if the nanny prefers. The family is looking for a nanny who is trustworthy, friendly, fun yet firm, with a strong focus on teaching good manners and promoting a happy, structured environment.
The current nanny will be leaving on the 2nd of November to return to Italy, so there will be a handover period between her and the new nanny. Travel with the family is also part of the role, and during school holidays, the family would appreciate some flexibility with the schedule.
