A warm, fun-loving family in Parsons Green is seeking a cheerful and experienced French-speaking nanny to care for their two children, a bright and active 7-year-old girl and a playful 4-year-old boy. The family has a great routine in place and values a nanny who can bring energy, creativity, and a smile to their day while maintaining a firm but fair approach.
The role is part-time during term time, with hours from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, starting at 12:00 PM on Wednesdays. During school holidays, the family requires additional hours to support their busy schedules. Travel is part of the role, with one week during half-terms and two weeks in the summer spent in Europe.
The nanny will take full responsibility for all duties related to the children, including their laundry, keeping their spaces tidy, and preparing healthy, balanced meals. With activities and routines already well-established, the family is looking for someone organised and proactive who can seamlessly fit into their lives.
Fluency in French is essential, as the children are learning English, and the family wants to foster their bilingual development. The ideal nanny will be energetic, playful, and naturally smiley, creating a nurturing environment that encourages fun while setting clear boundaries.
The household also employs a cleaner, so the focus will remain entirely on the children. There are no pets or allergies to consider, and the role does not require driving. The family would like to conduct face-to-face interviews and are ready to welcome the right person as soon as possible.
