Executive Assistant - CEO (Top Private Members Club) - Kensington

£70/80,000 + bonus + bens package

A fabulous role has arisen for an experienced EA to support this dynamic and extremely likeable CEO of a new private Members Club which will be the best club in London. This will be a fast paced role and needs someone proactive and committed.  Degree standards with top English skills written and spoken

Supporting in the office based in this luxurious club for 5 days a week (wonderful colleagues and upbeat working atmosphere) 

This is a role for someone proactive and not waiting for work to be given.  Connected to your role and the Principal you will be a great wing man and have great logistics skills to assist this venture to get off the ground in every aspect.  Acute attention to detail and able to juggle many meetings and commitments the CEO has and keep things on track.  Able to think ahead and organise the day/week/month ahead making the most of the time given to the CEO.  Experience with events and the press would be great!  A background in a fast paced hospitality, hotel, private club or service industry role where top standards are upheld is preferred.  

You will clear the path in front of the CEO, take charge of inbox and meetings, take minutes and follow up and have organised paperwork, presentations and agendas before the meetings for the CEO. Confident and articulate you will liaise with key Directors of the Club and be able to chase up things confidently.  A team player this is a vital role for the CEO who works in a very collegiate way and will rely on you to cover all possibilities.
