Senior Housekeeper in Paris
Position: Senior Housekeeper
Location: Paris, 16th arrondissement
Schedule: Live-out, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week on a rota basis
Salary: €36,000 - €48,000 per annum depending on experience (€3K-4K per month)
Languages: Intermediate/Fluent French required; English understanding preferred; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus

A UHNW family based in Paris is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeper to join their team. You will work as part of a team of three housekeepers, collaborating with other household staff, including nannies, a house manager/butler, a PA, and a chef. The role requires excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to work in a family and pet friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with the family's schedule and occupancy.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, paying attention to detail.

Deep Cleaning & Maintenance

• Organise and execute bi-monthly general deep cleaning of the property with the team.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of specific areas, such as the gym and windows.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and caring for delicate fabrics.
• Ensure proper handling of garments and accessories, including shoe polishing.

Procurement

• Purchase cleaning supplies and household essentials, ensuring adequate stock at all times.

Teamwork & Other Duties

• Collaborate with other housekeepers and household staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute additional tasks as required by the principal or household management.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within private households, luxury hotels, or yachts.
• Skills: Expertise in cleaning, laundry, and wardrobe care, with an eye for detail.
• Teamwork: A hardworking, well-presented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Languages: Fluent in French; a good understanding of English is preferred. Additional languages are an asset.

• Live-out position 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Rota system ensuring two housekeepers are on duty at all times.
• A well-structured team environment with support from other staff members.
