Wonderful returning clients of ours are seeking a professional couple to joint their busy household in Paris.
The property is a large 7 bedroom townhouse over 4 floors. The family consists of 4 children and 1 dog, requiring dedicated care and attention.
The couple will need to speak fluent French & English, Spanish is also a bonus.
You must have an EU passport or the right to work in France to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance

    • Overseeing the general upkeep of the property
    • Liaising and meeting vendors and suppliers
    • Updating household manuals
    • Reactive and proactive maintenance of the property on a regular basis
    • Ensuring the safety and security of the household at all times
    • Regularly interacting with the Household Manager in relation to property maintenance
    • Supervising the maintenance of the garden
    • Daily driving for the Principals and Children
    • Confident in silver service for events and dinners

Housekeeping

    • Daily cleaning
    • Purchase of cleaning and home supplies
    • Looking after the management of the laundry: washing and ironing of the clothes, including delicates

We are seeking an experienced, live-in housekeeper for a large, newly renovated home in the Hampstead/Belsize Park area. The clients are an international married couple who travel frequently. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the home, managing household tasks, and providing support at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & Tidying: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all five floors of the home. Including a cinema room, steam room & gym. All entrances including exterior
  • Laundry & Ironing: Manage daily laundry, ironing, and organising dry cleaning.
  • Wardrobe Management: Organise and care for the clients' wardrobes, including packing and unpacking for travel.
  • Food Shopping: Handle grocery shopping and ensure the kitchen is stocked with essentials.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare simple meals when the clients are in residence, such as boiling eggs for breakfast and cooking chicken for evening meals. Chopping vegetables & preparing produce for cooking.
  • Pet Care: Feed two dogs (a black Labrador and a Maltese) daily. A dog walker is employed daily.
  • General Support: Assist with various tasks such as managing the home when clients are traveling, overseeing the household when clients are in residence, and ensuring all household needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Previous experience as a live-in housekeeper in a large home.
  • Ability to work flexibly, especially when the clients are in residence.
  • A friendly and discreet demeanour with excellent attention to detail.

Accommodation: Private double bedroom with ensuite on the second floor of the home.
Working Hours:
