An amazing role has arisen supporting a dynamic and extremely likeable International Principal of major companies including film, sports, hotels and many other international business interests.

Working remotely and from the Central London office you will be able to travel when the Principal is in London to other European destinations.  Collaborating with the Chief of Staff and EA based in the US this is a dynamic role for a career driven EA who loves this sort of challenge.   The boss loves ambitious people and there is a career path for the right person. 6-7years+ at CEO or Principal level is needed to have the relevant experience for this role.

Well presented and spoken (degree standard please) plus Italian would be a real advantage.  Able to sit in meetings and draft notes/minutes to follow up.  Detailed travel arrangements and collating information/paperwork before travel with itineraries.  Managing a bursting diary and schedule (liaising with the CofS and US EA) you will have top logistics skills and be a supreme Gatekeeper with tact and warmth.  Confident with your own charisma you will be involved in top international projects that are upbeat and interesting.

Good humoured and a cv demonstrating a similar role in the past is essential to be considered for this role.

Experienced and hands on EA for a time poor Film Producer within his own Family Office Setting.

This is a busy and hands on diverse role for someone used to working with a successful creative on the move.

Attending to intricate travel and itinerary plans which can change over night.  The boss travels to South America as well as Europe so international experience is essential.  Top diary management, able to deal with time sensitive deadlines and be a charming gatekeeper when necessary. Able to collate relevant paperwork before meetings and take notes when required in meetings.

Top communication skills as you will be the go to person for all contact with the Principal.  A team player able to work easily with a tight team of 20 and get results.

Happy to assist with personal work when needed as this Principal's life tends to merge with business and private.  So, booking holidays, events, personal bills/credit cards etc with occasional support to the Family.

This is an important lynchpin role and your skills/experience will be obvious.  We are looking for someone from a boutique background or a fast paced role in a Family Office for a creative individual.

An exceptional role has arisen for a polished and articulate (degree standard) Executive Assistant with background in the Art world, gallery, auction house or luxury goods at senior level.  You will have knowledge experience and a leaning towards the art world plus 8 years+ as an Executive Assistant within a similar realm. Top English skills written and spoken as you will be drafting emails and writing speeches.

This role is on an international level with a hugely successful founder who values commitment and discretion.  You will be representative of the Founder and have top liaison skills between internal and external members of staff & the team both in the UK and abroad.  Adept at dealing with all levels of individual and happy to take on an ever changing schedule and some out of hours if needed.

Top diary management, which is fluid and extremely changeable.  Logistics and preparation/organisation of travel which can be two weeks of each month covering both UK and abroad.  Detailed itineraries to include research information and required paperwork.  Drafting of emails and preparation of speeches.  Preparation of Board meetings and relevant paperwork.  Keeping abreast of current projects/issues within the company and acting a gatekeeper when required.  Juggling conflicting requests and agendas always dealing with individuals in a professional and courteous manner.

This is a new role created by a very successful and growing international business within the Arts.

Your background will show UHNW, Family Office or a luxury background at senior level in operations. Degree standard with a motivated energy and a keen interest in your work and accomplishing goals.

Financially astute you will liaise with the company accountants and advisors with regard to strategy, reports, management of cashflow, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and managing the receivable and payable processes a financial qualification is preferred. You will also be responsible for legal and compliance issues across various jurisdictions. Having a central role in daily business operations you will also be involved in the personal and business interests of the two Founding Partners. You will be business minded, targeted and professional.

Responsible with the General Manager for people management, on boarding and some training for new colleagues to the business, a good general over view of HR is needed and a personable, hands on approach. A top communicator able to build relationships quickly.

Experience with managing a wide portfolio of interests and how they interact you will also liaise internationally on behalf of the Principals with regard to international assets such as cars, yachts, wine, real estate and venture capital.

Flexible when needed you will also be happy to travel occasionally when needed abroad to oversee or manage various projects

You will show a similar role of this responsibility in the past at senior level and work in collaboration with Principals and colleagues.
