This modern, growing and exciting private Investment firm focused on a niche and high demand area of renewables, energy and sustainability is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in London (Mayfair).
A truly incredible opportunity for someone to immerse themselves in the administrative function of such a high profile and expanding environment. Supporting the Executive team (3-4 diaries) including the CFO and VP of Operations with day to day scheduling, diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, document management and administrative support. The office also has an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, Business Assistant and a Receptionist/Team Assistant you will interlink with alongside a small (and growing) friendly international team.
To be considered you will have top scheduling experiences, strong document production skills and be confident in Word, Excel & PowerPoint, have exceptional attention to detail, be a friendly and communicative individual, have a good level of confidence and experience in Investments, VC, Private Equity or Law are much preferred though fast paced, owner led experience will be considered. It is a must that you have worked in an EA/PA role (5 years preferred).
They have a strong preference for collaboration in the office 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) at the offices in Mayfair, working the hours of 9am - 6pm.

I am working with this international boutique Property development and architectural practice who are known for running high profile and interesting projects near Edgware Road. They are looking for an Office / Studio Manager to join their friendly, approachable and passionate team.
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Monday to Friday in the studio

To be considered you will have 2-3 years experience in an Office/Studio Assistant or Management role, property, development, architectural or similar are advantageous but the priority is a dynamic, willing and personable character, someone looking for a long term opportunity where they can immerse themselves in the role.
You will ensure the smooth running of the studio, liaising with suppliers, be responsible for all orders including office supplies to refreshments for meetings, manage the studio diary, booking and setting up for meetings, greeting guests and hosting, organising events, daily facilities and maintenance support, be the first point of contact for IT issues, answering incoming calls, assist the EA with administrative tasks and more! A lovely varied role where you can truly keep the studio running smoothly.

An opportunity has arisen to support this prominent UHNW businessman in his Brussels office as an Executive PA.
Covering his business matters 70% with some private support 30% based full time in the office alongside a private focused assistant you will be scheduling appointments, booking meetings and ensuring time efficiency. Heavy travel arrangements for all of Europe including itineraries and logistics. Working closely with the European team daily and co-ordinating to ensure things run smoothly and the logistics working. Producing top level documents, managing expenses, daily inbox management and flagging priorities, gatekeeping to personal appointments and administrative needs.
You will be Fluent in English & French. The right to work in Brussels (EU) is essential however relocation costs will be allocated if you are not presently based in the area.
You will be flexible to support out of hours, sharing the 24/7 nature of the role with the Private PA. You will be experienced in a similar role, and comfortable with the duties as stated, preferred is 10+ years experience and be of graduate calibre.

The Principal is an art collector and philanthropist so you will also have background or interest in these fields.
Liaising with the Private PA with regard to travel and other commitments this is an interesting and fast paced role for someone who enjoys a very busy and varied day.
